Accessibility

Cordiv Media LLC wants everyone who visits cordiv.com to be able to read it, navigate it and get in touch with us, whatever technology they use. This statement sets out the standard we build to, what we do to meet it, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published by the W3C, are the widely adopted standard for accessible websites. We design and test this site against Level AA, and we treat any gap we find as a defect to be fixed rather than a limitation to be documented.
What we do
- Every page has a clear heading structure, a skip-to-content link and named landmarks, so screen readers and keyboard users can move directly to what they need.
- All functionality, including the navigation menu, the FAQ accordion and the contact form, works with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visibly highlighted.
- Text and interactive elements meet or exceed the Level AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- Form fields carry visible labels, and any validation errors are announced and linked to the field they refer to.
- Decorative illustrations are hidden from assistive technology, and meaningful images and icons have text alternatives.
- Animation is minimal, never flashes, and is switched off entirely when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Layout, text size and spacing adapt to any screen size, and the site remains usable when text is enlarged to 200 percent.
- We test with automated tooling and by hand in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and with the VoiceOver screen reader.
Conformance status
We believe this site substantially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It is new and under active development, and we review it against the standard as it changes. If you find a barrier, please tell us and we will fix it.
Known limitations
Where we link to websites we do not operate, we cannot control their accessibility, and we encourage you to contact those sites directly if you encounter a barrier there. Our consumer-facing brands are separate websites and publish their own accessibility information.
Tell us if something is not working
If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or would like information in a different format, write to support@cordiv.com and tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve genuine barriers promptly.
